  • Alternative Pathway is a specialized, year-round soccer program for players 5-7 to skip club soccer and go all in on technical development and small sided gameplay.

  • Players receive intense one-on-one coaching, focusing on fine-tuning the technical details of dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting.

  • Players will receive technical training similar to our private sessions while competing in small-sided games. Session capped at 12 participants to foster a more focused environment.

  • Training sessions for recreational or club teams seeking top-level instruction in a refreshing and challenging environment.

  • Rent our court space and lounge for team training, family fun, or birthday parties.

  • Organized “street soccer” matches focused on player freedom, community, and fun.

MEET THE FOUNDER & HEAD COACH

Hendrik de Wit

As a child, the ball was at my feet everyday. Any chance to juggle, shoot, or play games I was there. Passion for the game came from within. I was an indoor player, not highly favored in the club scene. Opportunities to play at a high level were sparse but I made the most of what I had and became a varsity captain and college walk on.

5 years into coaching, I’ve realized I was born to develop players. I am determined to mentor a new generation of players, focusing on the highest levels of skill development, creative intelligence, and personal belief.

  • Yes, all players are suggested to begin with a free group training trial to get a feel for our training style and get coaching feedback.

  • An indoor version of soccer played 5v5 with a set of rules and field size that encourages a much faster and intense game. At the FYF facility, we play a street style game that is 4v4 or 3v3, using a futsal ball (low bounce), which mirrors a regulation futsal match.

  • Yes, our goal is to develop all players and be a place where players can thrive without club politics and expectations. FYF has a client base from most club and rec teams in the Baltimore area.


  • Each Winter, we form competitive futsal teams to take part in the region’s highest level tournaments. Our tryouts are in October and our season stretches from Nov- Feb. Our year round Group Training Members make the strongest case to make the team but we do allow for players to join solely for the winter season. We also have ambition of competing in National Tournaments each summer.
